Chip Batchelder is an office properties expert who has advised major corporations on the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned properties for more than 20 years. His broad base of knowledge spans tenant, property owner, buyer, and seller advisory services and his experience includes conducting more than 1,000 transactions comprised of over 10 million square feet. Mr. Batchelder oversees the transaction and negotiation process with a focus on results, and he has earned a reputation for client advocacy. He is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY., lives in Boston with his wife Alison and their four children, and sits on several boards in Greater Boston.
