Chip Batchelder is an office properties expert who has advised major corporations on the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned properties for more than 35 years. His broad base of knowledge spans tenant, property owner, buyer, and seller advisory services and his experience includes conducting more than 1,000 transactions comprised of over 15 million square feet. Mr. Batchelder oversees the transaction and negotiation process with a focus on results, and he has earned a reputation for client advocacy. He is a 1984 graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY, lives in Boston’s South End with his wife Alison and their four children, and sits on several boards in Greater Boston.

Lori Mazzotta

Office Manager

Lori Mazzotta has been the Office Manager at Wyman Street Advisors since 2018, playing a key role in keeping the firm’s operations running smoothly. A former dance coach, Lori brings a strong sense of discipline, coordination, and team spirit to the office. Her attention to detail and supportive approach help create an efficient and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

When she’s not at work, Lori can often be found supporting her collegiate daughters at national dance competitions and basketball tournaments or spending quality time with her family.

Bob Borgman is an experienced commercial real estate professional with 31 years of expertise serving all of Massachusetts, specializing in leasing, sales, and advisory services across a wide range of property types. I’m dedicated to helping clients find the right solutions for their real estate needs, whether they are looking to buy, sell, lease, or invest in properties throughout the state. His background in commercial appraisal allows him to offer clients detailed market insights, and he provides guidance to companies of various sizes on both their immediate and future real estate needs. Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Mark Driscoll has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds a broker’s license in Massachusetts. He oversees all aspects of real estate transactions, from negotiating contracts and agreements to closing statements and leases. He has a proven track record of delivering results, exceeding expectations, and building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. His core competencies include organization skills, office leases, retail leases, restaurant leases, buildouts, construction, budgets, land acquisition, disposition, and permitting. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of pricing and market trends, and is passionate about providing exceptional service, creating value, and ensuring quality and compliance in every project. His mission is to help individuals, businesses, and communities achieve their real estate and financial goals. A graduate of Belmont Hill School, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Waterville, ME.
