Chip Batchelder is an office properties expert who has advised major corporations on the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned properties for more than 35 years. His broad base of knowledge spans tenant, property owner, buyer, and seller advisory services and his experience includes conducting more than 1,000 transactions comprised of over 15 million square feet. Mr. Batchelder oversees the transaction and negotiation process with a focus on results, and he has earned a reputation for client advocacy. He is a 1984 graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY, lives in Boston’s South End with his wife Alison and their four children, and sits on several boards in Greater Boston.

Bob Borgman has twenty-six years of commercial real estate experience, and is responsible for sales and leasing of office, industrial and commercial land in the Boston/MetroWest market. With a background in commercial appraisal, Mr. Borgman provides clients with comprehensive market information, and advises companies of all sizes on their short and long-term commercial real estate needs. Bob is a graduate of Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Ill., where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business.
Mark Driscoll has been a leader in the real estate industry for more than 17 years. Mark oversees all aspects of real estate advisory services, including tenant and landlord representation, development consulting, and managing client relations. He previously held the position of Director of Marketing sales for Maloney Properties and owned West End Realty Group. He has worked with, Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), Department of Neighborhood Development (DND), Boyd Smith, Planning Office for Urban Affairs, Intercontinental, Trinity Financial, Berkley Investments, Insight Partners and the Gale Companies. He is a graduate of the Dexter School, Belmont Hill School, and Colby College.
